Strong Connections

The Spark network makes lives easier in a post COVID-19 world. This report focused on the various different ways that Kiwis utilise Spark’s digital platforms, be it in family units, flats, business teams or health providers.

Circular graphics were used as a graphic device to represent the ‘bubbles’ that we existed in and after the COVID-19 lockdown. They were used to introduce the theme of ‘Strong Connections’ on the cover and initial pages of the report and were dropped back and used sparingly throughout the document to support the existing brand colours and typography.

Imagery is focused on units of people working together to help each other. It needed to have a distinctly kiwi feel and work with the fresh and clean approach to the document. A system was set-up that allowed for text-heavy pages to be balanced with images and white space while the brand colours were used strategically to highlight information and create hierarchy and interest.
